Follow the steps below to Success!

BEFORE you start the drops:
1. Weigh yourself
2. Take measurements
3. Take a picture! (put on snug clothing - do a front and side snapshot)
You are going to be AMAZED with what you see as you progress!
For the program, read through the booklet -it comes with the box of drops and has all the information but in a nutshell:
1. Focus on real food
2. Take Drop 1 (clear) 10 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner
3. Take Drop 2 (brown) with breakfast and lunch (Can use as a pick-me-up around 3pm)
